NADIR an independent print and digital magazine. It is home to fiction that leans toward horror, sci-fi, fantasy, erotica, literary, poetic, contemporary. Anything as long it is is weird.
Originally, the genre of weird was a catch all used for the horrific, fantastical, and speculative, and one of my big goals is to honor that legacy with a less limited view on what weird can be in modern fiction. But more than anything, my hope is that readers will experience new authors, stories, and genres that they might fall in love with, opening up a litany of untread literary roads to explore.
As a new venue, I’m approaching this slow and steady, because you’re reading this now, on the ground floor, I want to express my sincere thanks, and hope you’ll stick around to go on this wild (and weird) journey with us.
